This product and another one of ours in the works is what inspired the SURFCHIQUE brand's launch. Searching high and low for a light blue shimmery lip gloss that wasn't smurf like, we found a manufacturer that had the perfect product and formula as well as so many other beautiful, shimmery oceanic colors.
