Description:
Cozy up to our bonfire beach fragrance that will bring you the warmth & spice of a beach bonfire night!
Top Notes: Woody, Seashore, Maple Syrup/Caramel
Mid Notes: Clove, Cinnamon, Chocolate
Bottom Notes: Smoke (rectified Birch Tar & Cade Oil), Roasted Seashells (from Choya Nakh mostly found in India), Amber, Guaicwood (native to Caribbean), Cedar, Vanilla, Marshmallows
We wanted to authentically recreate the feeling of being at a bonfire on the beach and spent months researching what molecules actually contribute to the aroma of a bonfire and things that go along with it, like smores!
Don't be scared of the smoke notes, as smoke from bonfires, unlike cigarettes, has a sweet, aromatic and spicy scent (and provides flavor to many foods as well). There still are unpleasant smelling parts of bonfire smoke (that soak into your clothes/hair, not go up in the air) but those materials/molecules aren't used when making fragrances - so it's the best parts of the bonfire smoke, minus the bad, that are in our bonfire beach perfume!
Bonfire smoke is produced when lignin, cellulose, and natural oils in wood break down into aromatic compounds like maple lactone, guaiacol, and valspice (which we use in our perfume), which smell sweet, spicy, or smoky.
This perfume spray is EDP strength with 20% fragrance concentrate.
Formulated in-house and hand crafted in the USA without controversial ingredients like phalates or parabens.
