Fragrance Ingredients
Below are all of the "fragrance" materials noted in our ingredients. It's best to view this on a computer or you will need to zoom in and scroll horizontally on a mobile phone.
We use a variety of ingredient types from naturals (for authenticity and richness), aroma chemicals that are found in nature (for authenticity), and synthetic aroma chemicals that do not exist in nature (for diffusion/effect/longevity). Many of the fruity, sweet, and fresh scents we love just can't be extracted naturally through distillation process for an essential oil. Synthetics/aroma chemicals are similar to cake. Cake isn't natural, but made from a chemical reaction of mixing ingredients together and heating them up. Synthetic chemicals can actually be safer than many naturals as naturals are complex and can contain many of the same aroma chemicals that are used synthetically, and in non-exact concentrations as batches can have variances and vary pending on region/method produced.
The most important thing is the dosage, the dosage is the poison, as even too much water can be toxic. Therefore we align to IFRA's guidelines for safe levels of all ingredients within our fragrances/perfumes. Ingredients aren't in any particular order but tend to go from top to base notes.
